Tara is the manager at Gemini Health Group and recently completed two online training programs to become a 500 hour certified Yoga teacher. She enjoys the physical and emotional benefits of yoga and likes to share and teach these benefits through her one on one or couples yoga sessions. Yoga is a great way to improve fitness, flexibility, and strength, prevent injuries, incorporate relaxation into your routine, and improve overall health and well being on a physical and mental level.
