Sharon uses a variety of skills ranging from manual therapy to exercise and education. She has gained further credentials in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. Additionally, she is APPI certified Clinical Pilates Instructor (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) in teaching Clinical Pilates to help clients recover through active rehabilitation.
